Paris, an Olympic centenary

We all know by now that Paris will host the next Olympic and Paralympic Games this summer. However, not everyone knows that one hundred years ago, the city was ushered into the modern era through its hosting of the Games. This exhibition puts the Paris 2024 Games into a historical and international perspective.

The 1922 Women's World Games

This expo is a tribute to women's sporting courage; Alice Milliat was one of the female symbols of the Olympic Games. In August 1922, just after the First World War, she launched the first women-only Games, known as the Women's World Games. One hundred years on, this exhibition pays tribute to this feminist sporting event.
