Paris' gardens celebrate the Games! Thanks to the talent of the City's gardeners, the green spaces have been decked out in their finest floral decorations, freely inspired by Olympic themes. These include the dahlias specially created by the City, but that's not all…

Jardins des Champs-Élysées (8th)

Unmissable. Along the most beautiful avenue in the world, no fewer than 8 sites will host temporary flower beds, created by the City of Paris' Department of Green Spaces and the Environment.
Start your stroll at the Champs-Élysées traffic circle (8th arrondissement) with a round of dahlias created and produced especially for the Games. Continue on to the Grille du Coq fountain in the Elysée square, where an installation of high mirrors amplifies the floral decorations. In the carré des Ambassadeurs, recently renamed the Line Renaud Garden large beds surround the fountain of Venus. Over 7,000 plants have been planted here. Cross the avenue to end on a high note in the gardens of the Petit Palais (8th) at the Charles Aznavour Garden, where, once again, the gardeners have put all their talent to good use!

Parc Monceau (8th)

Décoration florale aux couleurs des JOP au parc Monceau.
You're bound to be drawn to these pretty beds in shades of green, blue, yellow and red. Do these colors ring a bell? That's right: the gardeners have played with the color palette of the Olympic rings. Nearly 1,300 plants are displayed here, including sage, coreopsis, ageratum and lobelia. To complete the ensemble, two stylized figures evoke a runner and a shot-putter.

Parc de Bercy (12th)

massif de fleurs
This grand decoration stretches out in six waves, over an area of 330 square meters, it's a must-see. It took a week and five gardeners to put in place. They worked the color spectrum of the flame: blue with petunias and impatiens, yellow with bidens and cannas, orange with cosmos and zinnias, red with the dahlia from the Parc Floral (12th) and begonias.
P.S.: Make sure to explore this park during your visit, as it offers a unique blend of history, botany, and viticulture!

They feature some 5,700 plants, including coreopsis, gauras, rudbeckias, ipomeas, ageratums and 320 dahlias. It took fifty people from different workshops to design, with flowers, the Olympic sports logo, and in another massif the Paris 2024 Paralympic sports logo.

The five continents, represented by the Olympic rings, meet in Paris, symbolized by the Eiffel Tower (7th). The 10-meter-high tower is made of bamboo stems. It is topped by the Olympic flame, made from dogwood, and decorated with stylized athletes. The project was imagined and created by the park's gardeners, with the help of carpenters from the arrondissement's workshops. No fewer than 20,000 plants make up this creation, which includes numerous "Parc Floral de Paris" Olympic dahlias.

Jardins des serres d'Auteuil (16th)

massif floral représentant la nef de Paris
The creation was inspired by the City of Paris, host city of the Games. Over ten gardeners labored to install nearly 6,000 plants, crafting a living depiction of the capital's coat of arms, featuring its ship, tossed by the waves, yet un-sunken! The mosaic includes irises, cineraria and begonias.

Parc Martin-Luther-King (17th)

massif de fleurs
The floral decoration has been designed with square and rectangular shapes to match the geometric design of the park where it is located. The decoration measures around 57 square meters and features 28 "Parc Floral de Paris" dahlias. It's located on a part of the lawn which, until now, had not been decorated at all. And that's precisely what required a great deal of work to create these beds.
