How to get to the competition site

Taking a shuttle

Get to competition venues from several Paris stations thanks to the dedicated shuttle service for disabled people and wheelchair users and their companions. This service is reserved for spectators with a disability ticket and their companions. These are the only shuttles with access to drop-off zones. They are located at 48°49'59.8 "N 2°17'10.6 "E for Arena Paris 1 and 4, and at 48°49'45.9 "N 2°17'33.8 "E for Arena Paris Sud 6.
Reserve your shuttle up to 48 hours before each session.

Coming by car

Disabled spectators can get to the competition site by motorized vehicle (cab, adapted cab, personal vehicle…) by stopping at a dedicated drop-off zone.
They are located at 48°49'58.2 "N 2°17'14.5 "E for Arenas Paris Sud 1 and 4, and 48°49'46.4 "N 2°17'35.8 "E for Arena Paris Sud 6. This drop-off zone is accessible to all types of vehicle (PSH and private) but does not allow parking.
Reserved disability parking spaces are on rue Thureau d'Angin, 75015 Paris for Arena Paris Sud 6 (located 48°49'46.4 "N 2°17'35.8 "E).
Parking is also possible in the SAGS "Porte de Versailles" underground parking lot on Boulevard Victor, 75015 for Arenas Paris Sud 1 and 4 (located 48°50'00.7 "N 2°17'08.4 "E).

Public transport

Consult the Île-de-France Mobilités, RATP and Paris 2024 public transport websites and mobile applications for lines and stations recommended for people with disabilities.
Disabled spectators can benefit from personalized assistance from the drop-off zone to the site entrance, provided by City of Paris volunteers trained at the Point Accueil Accessibilité located at 48°49'45.6 "N 2°17'35.0 "E.
For Arena Paris Sud 1, the "Desnouettes" station on the T3a tram line is the nearest accessible station.
For Arena Paris Sud 4 and 6, the "George Brassens" station on tram line T3a is the nearest accessible station.

How does on-site reception work?

People with disabilities or special needs can receive additional help from Paris 2024 volunteers, including priority access, mobility assistance, hearing loops and a dog-friendly area. After the site entrances, an information desk will remain open.
